These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rhyvo mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
Rhyvo provides an offline music player that allows users to play and manage their own local audio and media files. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Rhyvo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
No user account is required to use the core features of the App. You are responsible for all audio, video, and other content you import, upload, or store. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to use any content you import into the App.

The App may integrate with third-party services including Firebase and Google AdMob. These services may collect anonymous usage data and device identifiers to provide analytics and advertising. Your use of such services is also governed by the privacy policies of those providers.
The App and its original content (excluding content you import) are owned by the developers of Rhyvo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhyvo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Rhyvo or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
